At Premio Fabrics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium textile purchase. If your fabric does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they remain uncut and in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold the uncut fabric and place it in its original packaging along with the printed return slip to ensure the textiles are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Premio

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists confirm the fabric is in its original, unwashed, and uncut state, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
